Back in 5 minutes
I have been a customer for years, but in the past year or so, sometimes when I stop to drop off or pick up clothes there will be a hand written sign on the door - "Back in five minutes." I am thinking about changing stores. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. It happens at all times of the day and I have come back and the sign is still there and the door locked.
