Sucks, paid for phone, want user manual
Bought a phone there, never got my user manual for phone, no one answers phone, went down there, made to wait n took next person in line, horrible service there, want my book!! Paid all this money for phone.

Horrible customer service! Very rude and incompetent!
Omg this is the worst cricket store! The two that work there guy and girl the guy apparently is even a manager they have no knowledge what so ever of anything pertaining to cricket why they work here is beyond me! When your there just to simply pay your bills u have to wait until they are done smoking their cigarettes or chatting on their phones. They are extremely rude to their customers and will lie about what services they provide just so they do not have to assist with anything. Horrible horrible customer service I will never use this location again!
