I bought a discover phone on Nov. 22 on Dec 22 I payed my bill only to find that the salesman at giant cell stole the money and cricket cut the service so they have my money . do not go there they are crooks!!! I will get my money back but, holidays without a phone never again .
I've been to many cricket stores in the neighborhood and this one def stands out!! The service is great, the staff is so nice and educated about there work. I am a kind of person that asks thousands of questions before making any purchase and people get tired and annoyed but not this place. The staff there got even more excited by every question I asked and explained it thoroughly. I went in to buy just a regular flip phone with service and left with 2 smartphones with service (one for me and other for my son) for the same price I was told for a regular flip phone with service else where
