the girl in there didnt even said a word when we got to the store , we asked questions about the phones and she gave us a bad look with attitud, we just left..

Customer service CAN BE BAD.
Word of advice for anyone doing business in this particular location. Make sure you are ahead of the game and understand the policy /fees cause believe me when I say these guys will rip you off and then say it's your fault. I've had a friend that made the mistake of not reading the policy for any hidden fees and when he tried to return his phone, he got the news that there was a restocking fee and then the associate said he should've read the policy. The associate didn't even mention it herself. Don't let this happen to you! Another thing, some phones may be overpriced here and some of the associates are disgustingly rude.
