The local comcast store should have a direct phone number to call with a question instead of calling the number where you are on hold for 20 min. for a simple question regarding equipment.
They act like they are busy , talking to each other and you stand there waiting , it doesnt take that much of time to exchange equipment either paying your bill.. seriously..they look professional but they are dragging their feet.. come on..where is the Supervisor to look at camera and hand picked who is working and who is talking!!!
Fix your hours. Got here at 7:00am and you don't open until 9am!! Besides being closed on Martin Luther King Day! I thought that was just banks.
