Horrible service
All I can say is that the service couldn't be worse - we lose cable several times a day, for no apparent reason.

Over the past week the service has been halted several times each day. What is going on with you folks? The price goes up, the quality of service spirals down. Lately the weather has been comparable to San Diego, so I know it couldn't be that!
Are they open? Website said they arent but a technician told me they are anybody knows?? Thanks!
you would think a company deeply rooted in communication would have a website, or a human being , perhaps a recording or maybe smoke signals to let me know if they are open for counter business on a Holiday. I was told 3 times by the 800 goofs yes,but they were just looking at the same generic posting I found. PLEASE update for SPECFIC closing dates. Companys have been doing this for centuries, but Comcast could care less to let me know their REAL lobby hrs. BAD MANAGEMENT
