I drove around in circles trying to find this place with Siri's help. Finally drove to another ser. Center.
Someone opened up a Comcast account w/my name at an address I never lived at. I called them and they refused to give me a copy of the bill!!!!! If I am the customer and you claim I owe you money, why would you refuse to give me a bill???? After I called a million more times, they told me I had to come in to get the bill they couldn't send it to me any other way!!!! All while this is effecting my credit because they say I owe $300 on this bogus account. When in the world does Comcast let anyone get close to owing them $300 before shutting off there cable??!! I'd love to see who signed for this account and was making pmts on it. I guarantee after I wait for 3 hrs in line they'll refuse to give me any of that info - although they claim it's my account. OBSURD!!!!!
Comcast in Florida is the worst anywhere!
Small wonder Comcast & the satellite companies are losing out to other options. The Comcast Pompano facility is atrocious, worse than trying to register to vote in a "developing country." Like the USPS, it's peopled by staff who generally are inefficient and uncaring, all while their industry goes the way of the dial-up modem. And all that for $140/mo. - what a deal!
people who work here are nice considering the working conditions. customers are forced to wait outside the waiting room which is too small to service the number of people who show up . my mood as well as other customers is usually not pleasant after waiting an hour and a half to get to the window. we often wait outside in the heat or in the rain , comcast does not care. but when the call to ask how their people behind the window are, they never ask you what you think of the way the company handles it's customers , only how the people behind the window were. please god , give us another option instead of comcast
