Horrible service! Spoke to some women with an unusual name that was so rude! She proceeded to tell me she has been there for 10 years....that had nothing to do with anything I called for.
Signed up with 2 year contract (If you cancel huge fee) small print After one year which they do not tell you they raise the price. Then when you call to complain they are so rude. . Very disapointed
Worst customer service I have dealth with, I could never get away with what these people get away with - you guys are awful!
If you want to be treated like a 3rd class citizen then sign up for comcast, otherwise, find someone else to be your provider!!!
