this is the worst cable company we have in huntsville, they are never available at anytime to speak to a customer they have disconnected their office number and the only way to deal with anyone is a 1-800 number who tells you to call the huntsville office they go up on rates and change programs without your knowlege
This is a terrible office, I would give it a negative star if I could. The hours listed are incorrect, they open at 930am. The wait is never under 45 minutes and has on occassion taken me over 90 minutes. The front desk employees are slow and indifferent. I have never had a good front office experience in over 16 years as a customer. The bad thing is this is the best provider in our city. Pathetic.
Try that phone number and you will get a computer and then maybe some clerk in Bangla Desh. This has to be the worst managed Comcast area in the world…but persist and eventually, many calls from now, you may get what you want.
All they do is lie!! Store hours are 930am so why does it say 830 on here
