As you wait your number you will hear comments comparing the experience to the wait experienced at the DMV. Many comments were overheard starting it was worse than the DMV. Many people left rather than wait.
I was dreading going into the Comcast office because of awful reviews I had read. Imagine my surprise at only waiting about 4 minutes, then being called to the counter, exchanging my non-functional converter box for a new one with very friendly, efficient rep. All done and out quickly. Yeehaa! They must have read reviews and cleaned up their act!
I cannot stand "trying" to do business with Comcast locally because they are LAME. I've been there three times today trying to get in to talk to someone. There is always a crowd of people (standing room only) and "maybe" three/four behind the counter helping customers! It's ridiculous! THEY need to have ALL the window open and waiting on customers when they have standing room only! This seems to be the norm now for Comcast on Chad Drive!
