Bait and switch

I went o this office to complain about an error in my bill. They told me they could reduce my charges. When I got my bill they slammed me for set p charges, etc. that cost more then my old bill. Totally unethical office. Be extremely careful or you will be ripped off like I was.

Unbelievably Bad Service

After being without service for 4 months while they sent people out to attach the wires to the house, they billed us for all the time we didnt have service. When we called they assured us it would be credited. 9 phone calls later we are still struggling to get this straightened out. Worst customer service on the planet

Amen

The preceding reviewer was almost generous. I called the new number, was twice put on hold and twice disconnected. The notion of service seems to be unknown to Comcast. Their web site is completely useless for any sort of support - its sole function appears to be sales. But the sales are cludgy, too!

contact information

The phone number on the comcast website is not working. When you call you are given a new number to call. (versus simply being transferred) The store hours on the web site are inacurrate per the representative I finally talked to after navigating the call center prompts. Seems a bit ridiculous that a provider of internet services and phone services can't get it right on their own web site.
