Scheduled 3 different appointments over a weekend. Didn't show up for any of them. Can't even get service set up. Worst ever.

Their phone number is a fax number. Thats how poor their customer service is. Left for Verizon. At least Verizon has working business numbers.

typical comcast rep, rude and uninterested in their job

First off it opens at 930 not 830 as the hrs say above. When I got there the rep inside pointed to the sign when I knocked on the window. I can't wait to go back to verizon, much more pleasant and better equipment. I've dealt with comcast on several occassions and I don't care for their racist attitude. There I said it. Its true. If your black they will bend over backwards for you. If your white, good luck with getting anything other than short answer and major attitude. I watched this play out half adozen times standing in line.
