Terrible.

Terrible. You stand in line for a half hour to get service. You can never reach an actual person on the phone, so your on the phone answering to a robot pretty much for a half hour or longer.

Horrible. No local number listed, unless you need new service. Impossible to reach actual person without waiting forever.
