They had such a lousy name they changed to Xfinity, like no one would notice right?
This is what happens when a company has a monopoly, no need to please the customer, where are you going one of the "other" cable companies?
If/when U-Verse is available I'll switch, how could they be worse???
It's impossible to get thru to customer service! The phone system is simply cycles forever... I was erroneously charged after I disconnected from the services and paid my final bill. I received yet another bill with the balance. Since I couldn't get thru to the customer service, I had to go the the West Palm Beach office... They agreed that the charge was for the device that I didn't rent from them!! They said I don't owe Comcast anything... I received another bill in 1 month!!! Again, I couldn't even get thru to the customer service phone line...
24 customers waiting & 1 rep - rest are laughing in the back - be prepared for an hour or two just to do business Even so, this office is better than Lake Worth which is even longer Palm beach gardens is the best bet Comcast has no regard for its customers!
