Don't use Comcast, they don't care.
Just thinking of what I have had to go through to resolve installation, service, repair issues makes my blood boil. EVERY phone call takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get through. Twice I've been dropped after waiting 40 minutes. Comcast uses their policies for their convenience. If they don't want to help you they will throw their "policies" at you for a reason they can't help. They do not return calls as promised. Nothing went well for the installation and they did damage that took a week to get repaired. They only reason they handled the damage was becasue I was relentless in calling. I have Direct TV at my home and have no issues. My Mom wanted Comcast, so we went with them at her house. DON'T use Comcast, they don't care.
