Have never done business with a company whose customer service is so bad, that it cannot be put into English.

Slow service

I wanted to start comcast service and waited over an hour before I left the store. they were on number 11 and the lady next to me was there for almost 2 hours and she was number 23 and I was number 36. I cannot believe how slow they were. I just wanted to get a start up kit for my home. I guess I will stay with Verizon.
