Angry customer

Horrible service. Can't talk to anyone. You complain and they give you a lousy 25.00 credit. The Internet doesn't always work. Have had them to our house many times not resolved in 1 year.

Not happy

I got up right before the appointment time and no one ever showed up there is a note on door and everything then I call and they tell me that I've been reschedule for the 11th at 5pm so I call wait 30 min and get hung up on so now I call back and I'm still waiting talk someone been 53mins waiting now not a happy camper this is nuts.....

time on website

The time on the website is inaccurate. I left my home that is 30min away to pay my bill because the site said they open at 8. When i walked to the door the sign said 9:30 am. How is there such a gap in the time?!
