Not Happy with Customer Service Calls I made

I have talked to 8 people maybe more in the last two weeks about my internet problem. I keep losing signal. Everyone of them has told me different things. Now I need to talk to the Customer Service Center by my home and all I can find is an 800 number, which is the number 1-800-comcast. Still not that service center. Not Happy At All, will probably go to Fios. Maybe Dish I am not sure yet.

Terrible customer service!

Everytime I dial this number I get someone in the philippines. I have just wasted 2 hours and did not get my problem resolved.
