After trying for a week to get a failing channel box to work properly using electronic signals sent by comcast, I asked them to replace the channel box, the comcast solution was for me to bring them the box on my day off. Wrong answer - it's time for me to spend the $200 a month that I spend on comcast somewhere else.
they told my husband to leave equipment in box that they would scan daily. did not give him a receipt. Now, my account that comcast can not seem to close a month after I switched companies shows my very expensive equipment as missing/not returned. I can not find a direct number to this location to call ad force them to find the equipment. We are very unhappy customers trying desperately to leave this company,.
