I would give them zero stars if possible. Customer "service" is atrocious. A five year old could do a better job. I will be switching to dish after 15 years just because of the customer dis-service.

I agree that this location no longer exists. However the real problem is not the erroneous listing. The bigger problem is that there is NO Noblesville Comcast office. It is terrible customer service to make Noblesville people wait for 30 to 60 minutes at a small and overwhelmed NE Indianapolis office! They also closed the Fishers office. This is obviously a strategy to make it as painful as possible to get service at one of the few remaining offices in order to save money and discourage people from bothering them at their offices. IT SUCKS! They need customer service lessons from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
