I got to comcast at 6:00 and they closed the door in my face, I can't believe how rude the service.

Waiting in line

Could you set up a number system so that people could just pick a number and then sit down and wait their turn? You have chairs available but no one sits in them because they would lose their place in line. I think this would increase customer satisfaction significantly!

Horrible

Bill is completely wrong four months in a row and on hold for hours with every call to work it out! Do not get this service if you can avoid it!!!!

Customer service

I hardly ever write reviews because I like to give people as much grace as possible. However, the mount pleasant Comcast has pushed me beyond my limits. Every single time I go into the building it takes me at least an hour of waiting in line even when there are only 3 or 4 people in front of me. The employees always look like you are bothering them and that they could care less to be there. I am finally able to cancel our Comcast cable and Internet because we are moving into an area with more options and I could not be more happy about it! I am tired of wasting so much time without getting any help and still having random hidden costs that no employee can ever explain to me. If you are looking into Comcast and have other options I would STRONGLY suggest you go elsewhere. Not worth the hassle and they have a lot of random blackouts as well. Hope this helps.

Store location helpful!

I have had comcast for a while and it continually frustrates me because I am typically dealing with them over the phone. I went to this store to pick up an additional cable box and the employee could not have been nicer or more helpful. I won't be calling comcast anymore, I will just go directly to this shop.

No show for appointment

Service person was a no show and reported to his office that we did not answer our phone. NO ONE called us, and now must reschedule. Appointment confirmations are a joke. This has happened multiple times.

I am now a DTV customer due to DIRECT RESULT of poor customer service from Comcast. I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my life.

FYI Awareness

The first reviewer mentions he was at the service center for an HD/DVR box exchange. My wife and I, within our first month of our new service, had our HD/DVR box malfunction on us and had to have it replaced. So it seems that this is a common issue. Phone support was very frustrating. The girl was more motivated to get us off the phone and have us wait til Friday for a tech to come out than to help us trouble shoot over the phone. Having been a manager in retail, the focus should be the customer in these situations. As a new customer I'm finding my excitement over this new change of service providers plummeting rather quickly. Tomorrow I have to sort out a billing issue as well which has equated to bill that's over $300. ...

very disappointed customer

First of all, the store opens at 10 AM , not 9 am as your internet site notes.

Second of all, the employees were beyond rude. On the way out of the store another customer waiting in line congratulated me for not losing my temper, and could not believe the attitude of the employee.! All I wanted was another HD DVR box!
