You must have at least a couple of hours to spare at Comcast for service.
Awful customer service! Lack of manners from the employees of this Comcast center. People waiting sitting on the floor because they don't even have enough seats.
This center had 7 stations but only 3 open when I first got there and about 50 to 60 people waiting. After about 1 hour they opened 2 more. I spent almost 2 hours waiting there to try and correct a problem of being charged for equipment that I owned and that Comcast was trying to charge me for. This center might have been remodeled but still has poor customer service and is undermanned. Plan on waiting a long time if you have to go there!
I attempted to return a modem box to the Kendall location at SW.117th Avenue and I waited for over 25 minutes. When I inquired about what more would I have to wait they told me about 45 minutes. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! There should not be ANY wait involved in returning a box and getting a receipt for it. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL!!!!!
I have been waiting at least one hour just to return a box, there is not enough personal for the amount of people that viaita this location.
