horrible

I lost hours at my job. so I got my cable turned off. Months later, comcast is still charging me as if i have cable. They are overcharging me!!

I just made an account with comcast last tusday in I can't use nothing I never had a account in my name or for this address at all I feel like why should I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for some of they doing its not far at all
