been a customer for years and customer service is what they strive on however good customer service is not what you get they will send you to one person to another unless you are trying to upgrade or do something that is in their favor but any trouble shooting issues you have ect you can forget it
I enjoy comcast, but with every company there will be ups as well as downs, but their goal is customer service and pleasing customers. I have been a customer for years.
I never recommend this company .very unfroffesional ,service is very poor ,if you have simple question ,they put you on hold for ever ,I had to deal with three Comcast employee to solve a little issue ,and I had to miss going to work for whole day ,if have a simple question you have to be on hold forever ,
