Best time to visit Comcast in Homewood
My suggestion would be go as early as possible when the store first opens. That saves a lot of time and headache because the women behind the window work at a snails pace.

TERRIBLE
THEwait lines are awful!!! everytime i have had to go there i have had to wait well over an hour to get waited on. You need to hire more people or come up with a better system!!!
Homewood Il Location
EVERY time i go to the Comcast office the line is out the door! There has been times i have waited OVER an hour. I decided to try various times of the day and the line is just as long!!! This is outrageous and something needs to be done to rectify this matter. Also, Comcast has shipped the wrong boxes to me three times charging me a shipping fee each time!
Waiting times are ridiculous!!!
I am very upset that I have to wait in line for an hour to return equipment....to be billed for 3 months and have to keep calling comcast to disconnect service and wait on hold for an hour at a time....hire more people please!!!! Ridiculous!!!!
