worst service
I did my research on the phone I was looking for before I went to car toys. The phone I was looking for was for $149.99 thats with a two year contract. Just when I stepped in the salesperson was trying to sell me the phone much more. Him and the supervisor were trying to make up excuses how many states are diff prices and then he said I must of mistakely saw wrong. I had to show my proof on my phone to show then, then they got quiet. After I decided to buy the phone, they told me to just sign forms but did not say what I was signing, I asked the supervisor what I was signing, he said dont matter just sign. Haha really? I told him that's there job to tell me or explain to me what im signing. I think he got upset and left the sales guy finish doing the job. This supervisor does not need to be working there with such bad attitude. Before all that, he was trying to sell me insurance on my phone and I kept telling him no. I probably had to say no 5 times. Two weeks after I had my phone, t-mobile sends me a refurbished phone, I called them to see how I got this phone because I dont even have insurance. Comes to find out someone called and gave out my social acting if it was me and ordered a phone saying I had a broken phone. I strongly think it was this supervisor at car toys upset at me. Last time I will step into car toys because 1 they hire the worst people 2 I dont trust them anymore with my info 3 the manager does not do excellent training. Worst place to go buy anythinngggg!!!
