This location needs to be closed or the entire staff needs to be fired. The place is filthy and the wait is extremely wrong. Waited over half an hour for 3 chicken snack wraps which were wrong. Even fries, onion rings and pop were awful. Asked for a refund for the snack wraps and quickly left that awful place. Don't ever eat here. Yuck!!!
The absolute worst service in town. Always understaffed, and usually a person standing at the counter talking to a friend. These people have no sense of customer service. As a person that has spent many years in the service industry I can tell you that I would fire them all or close the store. Ownership either doesn't care or has no clue. Either way, it is shameful the way this facility is run. I would be embarrassed to call this place mine if I owned it.
Terrible service and terrible food. I used to eat here very often until one I day I saw some employees drop food on the floor. Picked it up and then the manager said to use it! She plays her part excellent too, handing the bag off with a smile. When I got my food I asked for a receipt which wasn't in the bag. My order was wrong and I ended up having to hassle her to get my money back because "I don't got no receipt" when she hadn't given me one in the first place. I know it's fast food but for crying out loud I'm 23 work on a line at a 4 star restaurant and I at least take pride in my work and I started out working dish! The people are a joke here. If you value your body don't eat at this place.
