Quality of Food
The service is good but when you go there and you want to get a decent hamburger they aren't very good. I went in there one day to get the new (at the time) chicken Parmesan and the cheese wasn't even melted right on the top. I couldn't go back to have them redo it I was on my lunch break. I am not the only one who thinks they should get new staff in there. I also went in there to get a buy one get one free chicken classic and asked if I could do it on the combo and the guy was rude the way he said no.
