TERRIBLE!!!
I've been to this BK about three times and every time I have gone I have waited for up to a max of 20-30mins in the drive thru. Upon a written complaint I received an uncaring, generic letter stating that "my comments were important to them." Absolutely ridiculous! Upon several months I decided to return tonight and waited for (you guessed it) 20-30mins after I had already paid. When i finally received my food it was absolutely awful! Needless to say I will NOT be returning to that BK if any for that matter.
