Bad Customer Service
Very bad customer service. Ive been eating there for years.....over 20 years. There is a new gentleman there. Not very pleasant to his staff. He messed up on more order, made the wrong sandwich. When I came back he told me its no big deal what is the problem. That he makes over 300 sandwiches a day so he can mess up on one. Very rude tone and nonchalant about it. Mind you,I only get one hour for luch was over charged and it was the wrong sandwich. Cut me off and did not listen to anything,I had to say. It is sad to say this franchise has lost a loyal customer. I deal with customer service....I was very nice and spoke in a low soft tone.
