HANDICAP PARKING AND BEVERAGES
We met there at the Mongolian to celebrate our grandsons birthday. My husband is handicap and has to use a wheel chair or he can walk a little with a walker. We parked in the handicap spot right by the door on the North side of the building and the walkway that a handicap person can use was full of snow. Our son had arrived to help us and he told one of the workers that the ramp was full of snow and we couldn't use it.Some one did go out and cleaned it off, but the ramp had to be like that yesterday also. We sure couldn't get the wheel chair up the snow bound ramp. Beverage: water was cold for hot tea so I asked the young man for coffee and I am sure it had to be old as the coffee wasn't even warm. I didn't want to say anything more negative to the young man as I know he felt bad about the cold water for hot tea. For tea and coffee you need to buy some mugs not tall glasses for either. The food was GREAT. Will we go back yes, but felt the company should know about certain problems with the restaurant.
