Ive had an account with this bank for the past 6 years I closed it today. They had put a hold on my account saying it was from multiple overdrafts in the last 6 months... ive had 1 and it was due to a "maintenance fee" by the bank. I called customer service and was told thats not the case my money should be in my account within three days. Not the case! I went to the bank to close my account and there was no record of my call to customer service (go figure) needless to say I got my money but the lack of sincerity and concern with losing a client made me glad to take my money elsewhere.
