Poor over the phone service
I was calling Avenue to see what possible deals they were offering at the time. When I finally got someone on the other end the lady was unresponsive and didn't fully understand what I wanted. I repeated that I wanted to see what types of deals they were offering at the time. Anything special, big deals and clearances were what I was mostly interested in. The lady responded in an uninterested tone, talked too fast and ultimately wasn't that helpful. I was looking into going to the store, but if the costumer service over the phone wasn't that great I don't anticipate it to be worth while at the location.
