Not very smart!!
My daughters phone was stolen Sat. Aug. 10, 2013. I called AT&T and had it cut off. My Dad and my daughter went into this store the following Sun. to get her a new phone. The sales person told my father that he needed to up grade another phones sim card. No problem. When it came time to get the new phone sale guy told him that he owned a pass due bill and that he would have to pay the bill before getting new phone. Sales guy said nothing had been done to the account so they left. Well, Sale guy did not give them the new sims card. So my phone does not work. They have got some really smart people working for them don't they. Also They turned the stolen phone back on. Real winners!!!!!!!
