BAD Customer Service
We have received the very worst service from this store. Certainly not helpful, quite intend on selling an upgrade as opposed to trying to understand a customer problem. As a result, we lost our eligibility for an upgrade and the promise of a new phone solving the problem were not fulfilled. Of course, once the sales was made it became irreversible, do in part to AT&T's policies. Convenient place to put the blame. Not we are stuck with a phone we didn't want. The service problem still exists, despite their promises. Apparently AT&T has a problem upgrading their towers and keeping their system maintained in a way to service their customers with quality service.
