This was the best experience by far with any AT&T store I have ever been in ALL employees were very nice and helpful !

Customer service

The store ,manager and several employees are rude and have an I don't care attitude. One employee snatch my phone out of my hands while I was talking to someone and told them to shut the hell up so she could work. Another employee took my phone and told me they were not going upgrade me to my new phone because the manager does not like me. AT&T has really gone done hill.
