AT&T West Nyack NY

The representative in this store convinced me to sign a contract there and get a new device under the promising it will be delivered to my home, cause I live far form there. it's been almost 2 weeks they are not answering in any media even not to AT&T customer services who is trying to reach them. I got conformation that the phone is in the store 2 weeks ago, but they didn't send it to me- although they promised. Save time and buy your device in another store. The one on west end is great

I was very unhappy once again it's the most unprofessional store I've ever need to. Everytime I go there they make you feel like a inconvence and I didn't even want to sit my the man "helping" me he smelled and has dirt under his nails ..I have to put that phone up to my face after he touched it? I asked him to transfer my numbers from my old phone to the new one and he told me just to pull it out of ny gmail and once I didn't it I didn't even get half ny number tranfered... There was only one phone case there for a brand new phone that just came out? And when I asked where can I get more he said he doesn't know ..he's not best buy ugh just thinking of this again gets me upset.
