Customer Service Miserable Fail
04/09/2013 Today around noon, I entered the store on Bay Area to the Technical Assistance section. I asked the young lady if I could get the syncing turned off on my phone. I had other parts to the request, ie, do not erase anything, put address book on Sim card etc. The woman took the phone and started making changes immediately before I finished speaking. She was extremely rude and non-communicative. Bad Experience.
