Bad Business practices
This store is not an AT&T corporate store and therefore misrepresents itself. They use strong arm sales tactics on the elderly, forcing or try forcing them to buy thing they do not need.They do not inform customers that phones cannot be returned in the 14 day policy AT&T without paying a restocking fee of $35 dollars. I strongly recommend you to not go to this store. Call AT&T and ask for corporate locations.I would give this store a zero, but the program will not allow that, so I had to give it a one.
