overcharges
I went to get a new iphone 5s. They only had 64gb models in stock. I was told I could pay $399 with a two year contract or $37 per month with a total of $444 in payments and upgrade in one year with no contract. I chose the $444 in payments. When I saw my bill the total of the payments was $740. Iwent back to the store to resolve the issue. I offered to let them change the total from $740 to $444 or remove the payments and let me pay the $399 and take the two year contract. they refused to do any thing about it. I went home and called at&t. They also refused to do anything about it. I was lied to by an at&t employee and they are trying to cheat me out of $296.
