No one home-ever

No person EVER answers the phone. What a joke. I was standing next to the in mall store and the employes were chatting, and my call rang their phone, and one employee said, "Let it ring, they'll go away." By the way, there was NO ONE talking to the employees about phones or new service. A ghost town.

Help with accounts

My experience with this store has been disappointing, time after time. No matter what the reason for the visit, the problem usually is worse by the time I leave. What a poor group of employees. Their biggest asset to ATT is greeting people at the door.

Great service and great company! I have to agree sometimes they can't fix everything but the try. Stupid laws often limit what they are allowed to do and you can't blame them for that!

Useless Automated "Help"

This would not get me to a live person. Technically the automated person told me to use my phone (which I don't have with me) and then hung up on me. It refused to give me a live person nor gave me any other options. Complete waste of time and VERY disappointing for a company as large as AT&T.

Very disappointed. Having issues and they don't even TRY to help! Just a bunch of workers if that's what u want to call them standing around at the door to greet you ever so nicely, then to say "we can't help" and THEN the way they CAN help costs a bunch of extra money.....terrible! At&t/apple...... DONT DO IT!!!!!!

Disappointed!!!

Very disappointed in how at your store each person is just a number. Have to wait ....to be told you can't help me! Being the person that is on the account and pays the bill and can file a claim but can't activate the sim card that I asked for is crap. Miss the great customer service in the small stored that you have done away with!
