What happened to costume service
Went in there To go over my bill! Walked in to the MOST unprofessional staff at the Grass Valley AT&T store! One girl had her feet resting on the desk playing with her phone while there was a line of waiting customers! The other was "helping" a customer, she was extremely RUDE and unpleasant to even listen to or exchange words with! The non English speaking help over the phone is better to talk with then the rude girls at the grass valley store! Will never do business with them again!!! Hope cooperate sees this and fixes the staff there!!
