Bad experience with poor management
We cancelled the service in 14 days and expected no more bills from AT&T. Unfortunately, new bills keep being sent to us but the manager here did not try to help. He blamed everything for the customer service not his responsibility while the customer service need him to cooperate with us to clear the problem. We spent so much time coming here and talking and being neglected by this irresponsible manager. Seriously, this is the worst experience and we do not recommend any friends to come here ask them for help.
