poor customer service.

Reps don't no to much of nothing about cellphones. Will try to just make a sale and that's it!!!!!

This store is the most unprofessional store, the sales representatives do not know what they are doing. They will tell you anything to sell a phone. Fraudulent promises by a sales staff that is untrained and are of no assistance. Go to AT & T national where you will get fast reliable service. I give this store a minus star rating.
