great store

This store is great! They are very knowledgeable of there products. Kudos to them. On the other hand if you call customer service it's just stupidity and lies. The have noILOVE business even answering the phone. Thumbs up for the store and, well I guess that's just corporate.

Lost business

After calling 4x during store hours to inquire about new service I gave up......switching from Verizon but if you can't answer the phone I don't want your services....you lost a big sale! 6 phones and a tablet Ya should really answer your phone sometime
