Poor
I came into this store to add a phone to my already existing line. A lady came to me and asked me what I needed help on and she put me on the waiting list to see one of the associates. First one on the waiting list and let's just say I left there with no service after an hour and a half. There were three associates working on ONE thing and didn't care to assist me at all. I'm not one to write reviews as to this is my first one, but I could not help but do it this time for the poor service I was provided at this store.
