Been on hold listening to the automated phone prompts....with 5 lines and continued service over 10yrs I expect better service. I know their budget can afford to pay for an extra rep. to answer the lines. sigh.

If you want to speak with anyone at this location you better show up, because I ahve been trying to get someone to answer for 47 minutes, and COUNTING, as of thsi message!!!
