Poor reception in South OC

The reception in South Orange County with AT&T is VERY poor! I think it is because of the hills. The different tech levels on the phone were not able to help me. They say the towers are in disrepair. I have found the employees at the local store very knowledgeable and professional, so I have them a "very good" rating. But the corporate service is poor
