Nationwide Money Services (east) ATM Severna Park MD

This atm took money out of my account . Did not have paper did not dispense my money it took long time to said transaction not completed. BUT in the same night I checked my account and money was taken twice $200 total .It was taken out ,I have received nothing. 3-5-2014
