What a Joke
8/18/13 6:30pm - Ordered a #15 (Reuben combo) with extra sauerkraut and a large Coke. Live about 1.5 miles from that location. Took it home. In the bag was a dry "turkey" Reuben with almost no sauerkraut and a small Coke. Why does it seem so hard to get what you actually order through a drive-up window? Are the speakers and mics bad, or are the employees just in too big of a hurry, or do they not pay attention to detail, or are they just plain stupid? Enough is enough. The prices are bad enough, can't the quality of help be a bit better? Maybe it's poorly managed? At any rate, that's the last dollar they get from us. :-((
